马太福音28：11-15：11他们去的时候，看守的兵有几个进城去，将所经历的事都报给祭司长。12祭司长和长老聚集商议，就拿许多银钱给兵丁，说：13“你们要这样说：‘夜间我们睡觉的时候，他的门徒来把他偷去了。’14倘若这话被巡抚听见，有我们劝他，保你们无事。”15兵丁受了银钱，就照所嘱咐他们的去行。这话就传说在犹太人中间，直到今日。
耶稣的敌人可不愿意让这件事情被泄露出去，因为他们知道耶稣从死里复活会改变一切。耶稣的复活会证实耶稣指着自己所说的一切。耶稣的复活会摧毁他们所有证明耶稣不是上帝儿子的论据。
我们应该向人们传讲耶稣复活的故事。其他任何宗教都无法做出这样的宣告。释迦牟尼没有从死里复活。穆罕默德也没有从死里复活。世界上没有任何一种宗教能宣称并证实这点是真的。耶稣从死里复活证明他就是全能的上帝。最重要的是，耶稣还应验了圣经中有关他复活的经文。
我们应该向人们传讲耶稣复活的故事。每当有人去世，就会在家庭或教会安排一个告别仪式。人们站成一队，尽力说些有意义的话。其实你不必费力寻找，耶稣已经赐给你当说的话了。“耶稣已经从死里复活，所以当他再来的时候，你的亲人也会复活。”提醒人们关于复活的事，没有比这更令人得安慰的话了。
所以向尽可能多的人传讲这个故事。看看你今天是否能找到理由谈论耶稣的复活。

Matthew 28:11-15: 11 While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. 12 When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.
The enemies of Jesus couldn’t afford to let this story get out, because they knew that Jesus’ resurrection from the dead would change everything. It validated everything that Jesus said about himself. It destroyed every argument that they might have made that Jesus was not the Son of God.
We should tell people the story of Jesus’ resurrection. No other religion can make such a claim. Buddha didn’t rise from the dead. Mohammed didn’t rise from the dead. No other religion in the world can make such a claim and validate it to be true. Jesus’ resurrection from the dead proves that his is God Almighty. On top of it all, Jesus fulfilled the scriptures that spoke of his resurrection as well.
We should tell people the story of Jesus’ resurrection. When someone has died, there is a visitation at the funeral home or the church. People stand in line and try to find something worthwhile to say. You don’t have to look for something to say. Jesus’ has given you something to say. “Jesus rose from the dead, and so will your loved one, when he comes again.” There are no more comforting words that reminding people of the resurrection.
So tell the story to as many people as you can. See if you can find a reason to talk about Jesus’ resurrection today.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, open my mouth and I will declare your praises! Teach me not to be shy when it comes to telling your story, especially the story of your resurrection. Let your story be told throughout all the earth that people may know and believe in you. Amen.
