马太福音 13:47-52 天国又好像网撒在海里，聚拢各样水族， 网既满了，人就拉上岸来，坐下，拣好的收在器具里，将不好的丢弃了。 世界的末了也要这样。天使要出来，从义人中把恶人分别出来， 丢在火炉里；在那里必要哀哭切齿了。”耶稣说：“这一切的话你们都明白了吗？”他们说：“我们明白了。” 他说：“凡文士受教作天国的门徒，就像一个家主从他库里拿出新旧的东西来。”
在这里耶稣讲了另一个关于天国的比喻。这一次，他把天国比作用网捕鱼，把鱼拉上岸，然后将好的和次的区分开来，在美国中西部，我们会把鲤鱼挑出来扔掉，在加利利海的情况一定很相似。传福音就像撒网捕鱼，把网撒得宽广很重要，因为上帝我们的救主希望所有的人都能得救。
在这一节的最后，主耶稣说，神国度里的老师从他的库里拿出了新旧的财宝来。我们自己要不断的重复和学习福音的教导吗? 那是必须的，救恩的计划很简单，但需要反复不断的一遍遍的教导。我们都犯了罪，亏缺了神的荣耀。但神以他的恩典，用耶稣的宝血救赎了我们，赦免了我们一切的罪。你会在每个星期天听到这样的布道，它永远不会过时！
同时，耶稣国度里的老师也带来了新的珍宝。每当我在准备新的讲道时，当我深入研究上帝的话语的时候，我总能发现一些新的东西。通常，就是把同样古老不变的真理应用到我们生活的新环境中去。对我来说，福音永远不过时!
祷告: 主耶稣，你的慈爱每天早晨都是新的。你的信实极其广大。我今天向你祈祷，每当我学习你的话语时，你将更新我的心思意念。我祈祷，你对我说的话永远不会过时。奉主耶稣基督的名求。阿们！
Matthew 13:47-52: 47 “Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. 48 When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. 49 This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous 50 and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 51 “Have you understood all these things?” Jesus asked. “Yes,” they replied. 52 He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.”
Jesus tells another parable about the kingdom. This time he compares it to catching fish in a net, pulling it up on shore, and then sorting out the good fish from the bad. In the Midwest, we throw away the carp and keep the walleyes. It must have been similar on the Sea of Galilee. Proclaiming the gospel is like casting a net to catch fish. It’s important to cast the net broadly, because God our Savior wants all people to be saved.
At the end of this section, he says that the teacher in God’s kingdom brings out of his storeroom treasures that are new as well as old. Do we repeat ourselves as we preach the gospel? Absolutely. The plan of salvation is very simple and needs to be taught over and over again. We have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But God in his grace has redeemed us by the blood of Jesus and has forgiven all of our sins. You will hear that message preached every Sunday, and it never gets old.
Teachers in Jesus’ kingdom also bring out new treasures. When I study the Word of God deeply as I prepare a sermon, there is always something new that I discover. Often, it is just a matter of applying the same old truth to a new circumstance in our lives. To me, the gospel never gets old!
Prayer: Lord Jesus, your mercies are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness! My prayer today is that you will renew my heart and mind daily as I study your Word. I pray that your Words to me will never get old. I ask this in your name. Amen.
