哥林多前书2:14—16：14然而，属血气的人不领会神圣灵的事，反倒以为愚拙，并且不能知道，因为这些事惟有属灵的人才能看透。15属灵的人能看透万事，却没有一人能看透了他。16“谁曾知道主的心去教导他呢？”但我们是有基督的心了。
属世、属血气的人和我们相信耶稣的人，两者之间的思维方式有巨大的差异。这个世界说：“跟随你的心好了。”但圣经在耶利米书17章第9节中教导我们说：“人心比万物都诡诈。坏到极处，谁能识透呢？”唯独是因为上帝赐给我们一颗新造的心，这样我们才能理解圣经的教导并跟随耶稣。这个世界说：我们一生只有一次，所有就该尽情享乐。但圣经教导我们说我们将在复活的生命中永远活着，所以我们此生应该服事耶稣和其他人，而不仅仅是我们自己。
属世的人对于罪和罪愆有多少了解？他对于人心邪恶的程度有多少了解？对于诸如生病和受苦这样的问题，世人的回答又是什么？为什么会有犯罪和战争？世间的财产的真正价值在哪里？为什么这个世界永远无法实现真正的公义和平等？教育的局限性是什么以及为什么会这样？死后的生命是什么样子的？最重要的，上帝是谁？当你阅读报刊杂志的时候，那些新闻标题显示出，这个世界对于发生了什么事情并没有真正理解。那么你不妨想一下，对于这些事情，“圣经是如何教导我的？”
第15节的字面意思“属灵的人凡事都能判断，自己却不受任何人的判断。”不要害怕去判断这个世界的思想和哲学，因为上帝赐给你一颗新造的心，你拥有的是基督的心。如果你有疑虑和问题，可以从圣经寻找问题的根源。 祷告：圣灵啊，感谢你带领我相信耶稣，并赐给我基督的心！请时刻提醒我，虽然我在基督里是圣洁完全的，但在属灵知识和信心成长方面我还有成长的空间。请让我的信心与你的话语紧密相连，使我永远有一颗能参透万事的心。阿们。
1 Corinthians 2: 14 However, an unspiritual person does not accept the truths taught by God’s Spirit, because they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually evaluated. 15 But the spiritual person evaluates all things, and he himself is evaluated by no one. 16 Indeed, “Who has known the mind of the Lord? Who will instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ. (EHV)
There is a tremendous difference between how a worldly, unspiritual person thinks and the way that we think because we believe in Jesus. The world says, “Just follow your heart!” And the Bible teaches us in Jeremiah 17:9: “The heart is more deceitful than anything. It is beyond cure.” It is only because God has created a new heart within us that we can understand the Bible’s teachings and follow Jesus. The world says that we only go around once in life, so we have to grab for all the gusto that we can. But the Bible teaches us that we will live forever in the resurrection, so we can spend this life serving Jesus and others and not just ourselves.
What does the person of this world know about guilt and sin? What does he know about the depth of wickedness in the human heart? What are the world’s answer to the problems of sickness and suffering? Why will there always be crime and war? What is the true value of earthly possessions? Why will this world never achieve real justice and equality? What are the limitations of education and why? What will life after death be like? And most importantly, who is God? As you read magazines and newspapers, listen for the themes that demonstrate that the world just does not really understand what’s going on. And then think, “But what does the Bible teach me?”
Another translation for verse 15 says, “But the spiritual man makes judgments about about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man’s judgment.” Don’t be afraid to make those judgments on the thoughts and philosophies of this world, because God has created a new heart in you, and you have the mind of Christ. And if you have doubts or questions, go back to the source in the Bible!
Prayer: Holy Spirit, thank you for bringing me to faith in Jesus and for giving me the mind of Christ! Remind me that while I am perfect and holy in Christ, that I still have room for growth in my spiritual knowledge and my life of faith. Give me a faith that is bound closely to your Word so that I will always have a discerning heart. Amen.
